VedoGreen is the IR Top brand created in order to support green companies worldwide. It monitors constantly the sector at international level through the survey department.

VedoGreen.it is the online platform that creates visibility and awareness around the brand of the companies, fostering dialogue with the banking system or the entry of institutional investors and supporting entrepreneurs to develop innovative projects and start-ups to get easier access to capital.

The membership guarantees an increase in visibility of the company brand in respect of investors and industry professionals.

An annual fee will be applied to subscribers companies of the VedoGreen initiative.

Top Management Profile

Marco Giorgino – Chairman
He is a Professor of Finance and Risk Management at the Milan Polytechnic. Since the 1990’s he has been involved in the areas of corporate finance and the financial markets, with a particular focus on relations between businesses, the capital markets and institutional investors. His principal interests include the valuation and the financial sustainability of businesses, the risk and return profiles of listed and non-listed companies and corporate governance and risk management systems as valuation elements for institutional investors and the banks.
He has been published on more than 70 occasions in Italian and international journals.
He has extensive experience as an Independent Director in financial and industrial companies and on the control and supervisory bodies of banking organisations. He has also written for Italian and international newspapers and television programs.

 

Anna Lambiase – Chief Executive Officer
She is the Founding Partner of IR Top Consulting, a leader in Italy for Investor Relations Consultancy for Small/Medium size enterprises and the development of innovative financial communication instruments for investors. She is an Accountant, a member of the Institutional Investors Commission of the AIFI and a Teacher at the Academy, the Centre of Excellence for Borsa Italiana/London Stock Exchange training, has assisted over 70 listed companies in Italy in the planning and implementation of their strategic and operational Investor Relations activities, the drawing up of plans, financial analysis and valuations for IPO’s, extraordinary operations, capital increases, acquisitions and public purchase offers. She was a member of the Board of AIAF (Financial Analysts Association) for the three-year period 2004/2007, having begun her professional career as an Equity Analyst on the secondary market, has acted as the CFO of Poligrafica San Faustino S.p.A., a listed company on the Star Segment of Borsa Italiana, for which she launched the IR online. She is the author of the “Guide to Investor Relations” publication, and created and manages the “Journal of IR,” the first specialised Italian journal on IR issues, published by Maggioli Editore.

 

Luca Macario – Director
He is a professional journalist. He specialised in economic/financial issues and developed his career in the areas of institutional communication (as Communication Manager of non-profit entities and businesses) and journalism. Between 2001 and 2006 he collaborated on an ongoing basis with various newspapers of the Class Group (Lombard, Patrimoni, Class CNBC).

In 2003 he won the prestigious international award “Journalistic Excellence Award” for financial journalism. Since 2006 he has worked as a consultant for the communication and press office. Training: after graduating in Engineering from the University of La Sapienza in Rome, he specialised in business and institutional and financial communication, completing courses at various universities (Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University of New York, IESE of the University of Navarra at Barcelona and the Pontificia University of S.Croce in Rome).
